Apart from learning outcomes, project brings benefit to the public in the form of its outputs directly contributing to the cultural development of the city of Bratislava and the region by community work.

In the mapping process, selected cultural institutions have defined their problems – needs that will be the subject of student projects. Students will propose solutions and also implement them in cooperation with the institutions during their laboratories that are part of academic course Current Issues in Urban Cultural Development. Projects are designed to bring some new service or product for the institutions. Innovation aspect of the solutions and its potential impact will be assessed in order to find out the scope of contribution to the urban cultural development.
